For best results and to ensure proper care, we strongly recommend having all chemical services performed by a professional stylist.

A. Each order from Ultraviolet Beauty is meticulously customized to meet the specific standards of our clients. Due to the nature of this considerable process, we decline all return requests.

Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Ultraviolet Beauty. Please reach out for extended care by clicking the contact link at the bottom of this page.

Exchange requests made 72 hours after order delivery will not be considered under any circumstances.
